We hired KlientBoost to help us get and keep the #1 spot on Google for a new B2B2C service in the healthcare industry. No small feat, the KlientBoost team quickly became an actual advertising extension of our team, and we successfully positioned ourselves for all relevant keywords with a relatively meager budget.

The people! Some of the kindest, smartest, and always willing to go above-and-beyond people you'll ever meet. Oh, and the results weren't so bad, either! We built a truly successful lead gen marketing engine. They made the data easy to understand, and were willing to meet with us as often as we needed to in order to accomplish our goals.

There really isn't anything. Healthcare is complicated and highly regulated, and the team was always willing to work with us to make sure we were okay to say the things we wanted to say to get the results we wanted. As they grew, we started to interface with more people at the company, but we were always taken care of as if we were the highest paying customer (we were early adopters...we were not the highest paying customer!)

Our primary, initial problem was that we did not have the budget to pay for a full time expert in digital advertising, and needed a nimble extension of our small (but mighty) marketing team. The benefits were far too many to list here, but leads, awareness, promotion of our content, big impact despite a limited budget, and a group of people who were always willing to go above and beyond for us. I am hoping to bring them on board ASAP for some other companies I am working with.

Klientboost primarily assists with our Google Ads, and are able to change copy and provide a variety of options to ensure we receive the best results. The ads consistently achieve results above the monthly goal.

The communication is straight forward, and easy. Very conversational, but each meeting is useful towards the work being done. Great support and quick replies.

Occasionally, with passion comes overexuberance. One of our projects was started before it was fleshed out. Great concept, needed to be fine tuned before being launched.

Our Google Ads needed regular monitoring and updating, and our digital marketing required fine tuning. Klientboost achieved results above the goals we set out, and continue to bring us new innovative ideas.

After working with a few boutique PPC agencies, we engaged KlientBoost to run our paid search campaigns because we were looking for an agency with a deeper bench.

There are many things we like about KB. But if we narrowed it down to one element, it's that we work with a team made up of people with diverse yet complementary skills. Together, they cover the broad spectrum of intellect and technical prowess it takes to develop and optimize paid campaigns.

This isn't so much a "dislike" as an unpleasant reality. We launched a new website shortly after bringing KB on board, resulting in delays with landing page deployment and optimization. It's not the agency's fault. However, the delays caught us a little off guard.

Like many companies, we're trying to attract more qualified leads, decrease our spend, and increase the conversion rate. You know – the run-of-the-mill Holy Grail. It's too early to talk about what benefits we've realized. This is a marathon not a sprint.

Paid search & paid social advertising

Many agencies talk a big game, but rarely deliver and often end up creating more work for you to mange. The team at Klienboost is a true partner that ramped up quickly and own the channels I have them manage working at the leads. It's been great.

What do I dislike about working with Klientboost? I wish I had pulled the trigger and started with the team sooner instead of waiting to get them up and running on our programs.

We are using them to drive qualified leads at the top of the funnel to capture sales demos at the top of our e-commerce industry. It's been working great so far!

We needed help to kickstart our Google Ads account and reached to Klient Boost for support.

The fresh and direct communication style. They adapted to our needs (we do not use many emails) and were always keeping us on the line with changes to the account or questions.

As with any agency speed and dedication, level is not the same as you would expect from an in-house team member. This is not specific to Klient Boost but is something you need to keep in mind. They were a great resource to kickstart, launch and optimize our first campaigns.

While we did the recruitment of a PPC Specialist they helped us immensely preparing the account, optimizing the first ads and creating a bit of historical to have the place ready for the take over.

They handle all our paid acquisition marketing, SEO and conversion rate optimization!

Our experience with KlientBoost so far has been very positive as they continue to overdeliver for us. They are an extremely skilled marketing agency and our assigned team there is not only professional, but friendly and very fun to work with. They have drastically increased the quality of our online traffic while constantly reducing our acquisition costs. Looking forward to more results!

There have been a couple times where data has shown up a bit inaccurate in our dashboards but those were usually due to data source issues and we've always managed to get them resolved pretty quickly.

We hired KlientBoost to run our B2B performance campaigns, which had the ultimate goal of generating qualified leads for our sales team to connect with. These campaigns were focused on Facebook and Google, but KlientBoost also launched campaigns on LinkedIn on our behalf.

Our main point of contact was a very nice individual, but that's the only positive I can report.

Where do I start? Our KlientBoost team brought virtually no proactive strategy to the table, and they ended up just being lever pullers that followed the strategy we developed internally and delivered to them. Once we relegated them to project managers, we thought they would excel in basic campaign management but that was not the case. We had to follow up multiple times in order to even the smallest of changes implemented. This resulted in tens of thousands of media dollars wasted. Overall, we came to see that their business model is to sell a lot of promise, underdeliver, and hope their clients are not smart enough to press them for answers. I truly cannot say enough bad things about this company—I would not recommend them to anyone.

We attempted to generate qualified marketing-qualified leads using KlientBoost's services, but they were highly ineffective at accomplishing that.

I was a little out off by their own branding at first, but after one meeting with their sales rep, I knew this was a partnership we had to pursue

KlientBoost has a mighty team of experts who can handle all aspects of an ad campaign and churn out great creative assets. This takes a huge amount of work off the in-house marketing team and has been a game-changer for our early-stage company.

They are great communicators with a bi-weekly account manager meeting and weekly updates from the team, plus great responsiveness to email. Overall, this means it is easy to go a few months without speaking directly to some team members! This probably works very well for many of their busy clients. However, I realized that my team likes more 1:1 time with them. If that's the case for you as well, then it is easy to ask for and set up new meetings.

We have grown our D2C subscriber list 50% in the 5 months we've been working with KlientBoost. We are learning how to optimize that campaign further while running a split D2C and B2B strategy.

We engaged KlientBoost to help us develop strategy and manage both Google and Facebook ad channels for our business.

Their deep knowledge and understanding of the fast changing digital landscape. They were always looking to optimize and make changes to our creative and messaging to help drive engagement and action.

No major comments. We were happy with our service. We wish some of our results were better, but that was due to the demographics of our target audience, not KB's methods.

We needed help managing and cleaning up years worth of failed campaigns and bidding strategies. They helped us re-organize and create a pivotal strategy to engage our end users/decision-makers. We've seen an overall increase in traffic, form fills and phone calls in our first 6 months.
